IO2 - Interactive digital platform with e-learning component "TradiFlavours"

In the past few years we are witnesses that the classical education and training are being substituted by on-line learning as more practical and physical-presence free method of learning. Taking in consideration this trend and with the goal to include more participants in the TradiFlavours project, especially persons that we can't reach physically (as people with geographical obstacles and mobility difficulties), we are going to develop an interactive web platform that will be part of the blended learning and powerful tool for further dissemination of the project and its IOs.

The platform, developed with aim to become a virtual collaboration space, will present:

- a virtual learning space, providing access to the open educational resources (e-learning component) and virtual workplaces adapted to adult learners needs, participating in the blended learning, but also later used by other interested parties;
- a public area, used for project activities and results dissemination, open to all interested people visiting the digital platofrm. It will contain all the materials created within the project and will also function as form of community of practice used by the participants and visitors to share ideas, experiences and other learning opportunities and resources, to communicate and create collaborations.

Besides being used for the e-learning activities of the participants taking part in the blended learning, the platform, especially the public area, will be a powerful tool for collecting and digitally preserving the traditional food preparation techniques, recipes, customs and stories related to the traditional food of the partner countries, but also at wider European level. Apart from selected recipes, we will select and publish interesting stories related to the creation of some of the recipes.

TradiFlavours e-paltform will constitute a real laboratory inside and outside the partnership, as well as window of the work unwound and fundamental technical support to the further developments of the project.
